Toast icons are intentional and specific, used to help communicate a distinct theme, message, or action. Icons should be used sparingly, and only as intended when originally created. Never create new icons outside the libraries provided.
Our brand iconography is comprised of a curated list of visuals that help illustrate a specific product, feature or aspect of the business. We use line icons from a front-facing view with a 2D perspective. Display icons should be duo-tone using our main primary colors, Lake Blue and Toast Orange. The use of two colors adds dimension and improves legibility.
Display icons are meant for use at larger sizes and remain consistent in style to the main iconography. Because they’re set at larger sizes, display icons have more detail than utility icons meant for user interfaces.

First and foremost their goal is to clearly and concisely indicate an action to a user. Examples of this include ‘select,' ‘download,’ ‘continue,’ ‘sign out’ and ‘view.’ The icons are accessible through our Sketch library.
